This season we will be holding the ninth Audio Visual Jim Henson Trophy Competition.  The competition will take place on Saturday 9 March 2024 at 14:00  in Headley Village Hall, Arford Road, Headley, Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 8LJ.

The judge is Steve Kirkby, who will also be giving us a brief talk about AV during the afternoon.

The closing date for entries is 16 February 2024,  which will allow time for the entries to be sent to the judge for pre-judging. If there are too many entries to show at the event we will pre-select those to be shown.

Entries may be sent on a CD or USB stick,  or electronically by Dropbox, WeTransfer or something similar. Entries will be accepted in .exe, .mp4 or .avi formats. Please send these entries  to kathleen@kathleenbird.com together with an Entry Form.
We will acknowledge receipt of every entry, so make sure you get a reply from us.

Each entrant may enter one sequence. The duration of the entrant’s sequence must not exceed 8 minutes. All sequences submitted require an entry form.   Entry forms and AVs must be received by 16 February 2024. There is no charge. Any queries should be sent to kathleen@kathleenbird.com
