| 13 May 2017 | The bird and wildlife cruise on the Thames on Saturday 13th May 2017 lasted for 3 hours. The boat went from Windsor Promenade and sailed upstream. We started off in pleasant sunny weather, but the afternoon clouded over and the breeze made it feel quite cold. A delicious afternoon Tea was served when we turned for the return leg. I think everyone enjoyed the cruise even if there were not many winning photographs to be had. Thank you Yvonne for organising it. More photos  |

| 13/10/16 | DAWN AT BUSHY PARK This early morning visit to photograph sunrise and rutting stags was well worth the effort of getting up at 5am! The stags were bellowing and eyeing each other, giving plenty of opportunity for photographs. Photos here |
| 16/10/16 | DAWN WALK at Winkworth Arboretum GU8 4AD. The walk started at 7am in pouring rain which did not let up until we were all back in the cafe for breakfast at 9 o’cock, so not much opportunity for autumn photos. However the weather cheered up afterwards, and some of us went on a very productive fungus hunt. Thank you Yvonne for organising such a worthwhile outing. Photos here |
