Grayshott Village Showcase which will allow the clubs and societies of the Village share what they do, meet the residents and connect with new members before the main event which is the Annual Village Assembley which will start at7pm

Headley Pavilion Grand Opening and Here’s Headley Show
Headley Pavilion Grand Opening and Here’s Headley Show which will be from 11am to 3pm where we will set up a Gazebo with stands for showing some of the club's prints. Set up will from 10:00am. Please contact Colin Smith to volunteer to help set up and take down as well as manning the stall for part of the time whilst the event is on.

Jim Henson AV Competition
This popular annual competition will be held on Saturday 9 May 2026 at
Headley Village Hall
Arford Road
Headley
Bordon GU35 8LJ.
The event will start at 14.00pm. Visitors are welcome!!.
The event will be judged remotely by Mark Allen MPAGB(AV) who is one of the most accomplished audiovisual specialists in the UK
If you wish to enter the competition, your entries must be received by Friday, 17 April 2026. Please submit your entries as soon as possible as we may have to restrict the number of entries.

St Lukes Grayshott Spring Fair
St Lukes Grayshott Spring Fair where as well as exhibiting the Clubs prints, members will have a chance of selling their prints if they want to. Volunteers for this event will be required.
This event is over the Bank Holiday weekend and our attendance will be the Saturday and the Monday. Setup is on the Friday evening

The Club BBQ will again be held at the Headley Church Community Centre. Further commnications will be sent out in May.
