As you aware the SPA Inter-club Competition PDI took place last Saturday at East Horseley. The competition is run in two categories: open, in which 27 clubs contributed which gives 432 images, and nature, which had 23 clubs gives 184 images. There are three judges, each allowed five points per image (with no half points). The judging was very strict which meant there were no 14 or 15 scores awarded all day.

The final tally resulted .in Ludshott being 17^th in the open and equal 6^th in the nature categories. This represents a better than previous position for the open and a slightly less good for nature. Overall l would say Ludshott improved from previous years.

 Robert Ayto achieved the highest Ludshott score on the day.
